Carolina Carver
Founder & Owner
Founded in 2015 by Carolina Carver, Tails Nā Trails began as a solution to meet the unique needs of her own high-energy working dog breeds. Struggling to find adequate outlets for her dogsā exercise and socialization, Carolina envisioned a pet care company that prioritized adventure and enrichment. Starting in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Tails Nā Trails quickly grew, opening locations in Milwaukee, WI, in 2022 and Worcester, MA, in 2023. Follow us on social media @tailsntrailspets as we continue to open up more locations in 2025!
Mack Nievera-Pompey
Coordinator & Trainer | PVD
Hi, my name is Mack, and I am from a small town in eastern CT. I have grown up around dogs my entire life, specifically Golden Retrievers and German Shepards, which seem to be my favorite breeds. Growing up as an only child, my best friend was my golden, Rex, who I spent every moment with. As a kid, I would often walk to the neighborās house to see their two goldens. I love working with all of the dogs and families of Tails Nā Trails. My favorite part of working at Tails Nā Trails is going on hikes and meeting all the new furry friends. Helping the animals grow and learn every day is such a rewarding experience.

Pets play such an important role in our lives and it means so much that I can treat your pets like my own. Tiana Hudson
Walker & Sitter | WOO
Hi, Iām Tiana from Fitchburg MA-Dog Walker, Cat Whisperer, and All-Around Animal Enthusiast! As a former stay-at-home mom to one amazing kid, one oversized dog, and three cats with very big personalities, Iāve mastered the art of juggling chaos ā with love, humor, and plenty of lint rollers. My days used to revolve around school runs and snack time; now theyāre filled with tail wags, purrs, and happy paws. I started dog walking because I believe every pet deserves attention, exercise, love, and genuine connection ā and I treat each one as if theyāre part of my own furry family. Whether itās a high-energy walk, a quiet cuddle, or simply keeping your pet company while youāre away, I bring reliability, warmth, and a touch of fun to every visit. I feel my happiest when surrounded by animals. I grew up around dogs/cats my whole life & I worked at a Doggy Resort for a year. Can't wait to meet you & your furry friends!
Carley Watson
Coordinator & Trainer | MKE
Hey there! My name is Carley, I grew up in Madison WI and just recently moved to Milwaukee. I was raised with lots of American Bulldogs, so Iām a huge big breed lover!! Iāve worked professionally with dogs since I was 14; so 6 years now! At my previous job I ran the puppy training program. I have training experience professionally as well as my own dogs. I studied a lot about animal body language and negative vs positive reinforcement to know the dogs that Iām working with always get a training routine that is ethical, rewarding, and personally tailored to each dog that promotes amazing results. I tried to change careers at one point but everything always led me back working with animals, itās truly my soul job I could never imagine doing anything different. I take pride in my work and wake up every morning excited to have another day with the dogs. When Iām in the care of your dogs they will always be stimulated, happy and healthy.
Emmalee Mueller

Hi Iām Emmalee! Iāve been around dogs my entire life; in fact, I donāt think there ever has been a time when I wasnāt! After I graduated high school back in 2017, my dream was to work in the Veterinary field. I attended Milwaukee Career College and graduated as a Veterinary Assistant. I worked at a Veterinary Clinic for a couple of years, which was an amazing experience to be able to work with all different types animals. I created many bonds with furry friends I will never forget. This lead me to the decision to join Rover, which was one of my favorite experiences. I love creating relationships with animals, all sizes, and all breeds! I am so excited that I have this opportunity to join the Tails Nā Trails Team. And even more excited to be close to all of your furry friends!
Selah Casey
Walker | PVD
My name is Selah and I am from a small town in Connecticut. I have always loved animals, but had a special interest in dogs and cats. Pictured above is Rocket, Golden retriever/Aussie mix, who was my soul dog and best friend for 14 years! He was the most loyal, energetic, smart and spunky dog that I've ever encountered, and showed me how amazing dogs (and all animals) can really be. As a pet owner, he taught me the importance of relationships with animals and how to be a patient, yet fun leader and companion - and I LOVED learning from him.
After recently moving to Massachusetts for grad school, I realized that this would be the first time I didn't have a pet in 15 years. Since I needed a job and primarily work with people, I thought it would be a great opportunity to find a job working with animals. I have always been a fan of Tails N' Trails' mission, so I am so happy to join the team! I can't wait to learn and grow with all of the TNT pets, and I'm committed to bringing my best while working with them. Fun fact: The tattoo on my arm is a rocketship, dedicated to Rocket!

Eve Tobin-Caron
Boarder & Walker | PVD & Bristol Counties
Hello! My name is Eve and I live in Barrington. I am a lifelong lover of dogs and have had dogs in my life as long as I can remember. After learning about the plight of rescue dogs and the immense effort to bring massive amount of dogs up north, I decided to become a foster with Rhode Home Rescue. We fostered many puppies and helped find them loving homes. As happens to many dog fosters, my family fell in love with two big, goofy puppies and decided to have them join our family. From there I began boarding dogs in my home. We have a nice size property with a big fenced in yard and the dogs generally have the run of the house! In Barrington we also have a lovely long beach with is great for dog walks as well a nice park nearby and lovely neighborhood. As my kids are getting older, meeting and caring for new Doggy friends helps to keep my heart and home full.
