Kayla Degnan
Coordinator & Trainer | WOO
Hi, my name is Kayla and I am from Central MA. It's always been a part of my path to help others. I left behind 10+ years of working with youth and entered the pet services industry 5 years ago where I began my professional dog training career. I am excited to bring my knowledge & skills to the Tails N' Trails team and add cheerful moments into your pets day to day routine. Pets play such an important role in our lives and it means so much that I can treat your pets like my own. My personal pack consists of a kitten named Bebop and three frogs named Melon, Lemon and Kiwi. I look forward to meeting you and your pack!
Tiana Hudson
Walker & Sitter | WOO
Hi, I’m Tiana from Fitchburg MA-Dog Walker, Cat Whisperer, and All-Around Animal Enthusiast! As a former stay-at-home mom to one amazing kid, one oversized dog, and three cats with very big personalities, I’ve mastered the art of juggling chaos — with love, humor, and plenty of lint rollers. My days used to revolve around school runs and snack time; now they’re filled with tail wags, purrs, and happy paws. I started dog walking because I believe every pet deserves attention, exercise, love, and genuine connection — and I treat each one as if they’re part of my own furry family. Whether it’s a high-energy walk, a quiet cuddle, or simply keeping your pet company while you’re away, I bring reliability, warmth, and a touch of fun to every visit. I feel my happiest when surrounded by animals. I grew up around dogs/cats my whole life & I worked at a Doggy Resort for a year. Can't wait to meet you & your furry friends!
Bailey Grotton
Walker | WOO
My name is Bailey, and I am from central Massachusetts. After many years of sitting in an office working a 9 to 5, it is exciting to get the opportunity to go on walks, hikes, and socialize with some of the sweetest creatures on Earth. Growing up, my family always had animals in our pack. It makes life much richer having a dog, a cat, or even a chicken to share your time with. I come to Tails n Trails to reconnect with the sweet life of being present with animals out in nature. I am also a business owner, teaching mindfulness meditation. Hope to see you on the trails!

Hi, my name is David. My training career began as a child of two trainer parents. My mother trained Collies for show, and my father trained hounds. I aspired to be a trainer and went to school through Pet Care Services Association for pet CPR and basic pet care. After some years of Service Dog Training, I went for further education of Canine Obedience Trainer/Instructor. I have years of experience in day care, sitting, walking, hiking and especially training, both classes and in home.I am married to an amazing trainer, who specializes in puppy behavior. Each and every one of our pets are family, and I love helping you provide the best experience for your pet. Looking forward to sharing in your pets happiness.

Jay Atlas Walker
Walker & Sitter | WOO
I’m Jay and I have always loved every pet, no matter the shape or size, from horses to hamsters! I discovered my passion for working with animals, mainly dogs, two years ago when I applied for a position at a doggy daycare. It was only temporary, but throughout the year I spent working there, I couldn’t get enough! Spending time with dogs doesn’t feel like work to me, it feels like fun! It’s also very enriching for me when I’m able to build a relationship with an animal and watch their trust in me grow. There’s nothing like it! I’ve since worked with all types of dogs varying in size and temperament and I find that there is no challenge that isn’t worth pursuing! All that said, I can’t wait to meet your pets and make new fur friends!

Molly St. Jean
Walker & Sitter | WOO
Hey! My name is Molly, ever since I was little i’ve always dreamed of working with animals, in fact on every school assignment I wrote that I wanted to be a Veterinarian. My family was convinced that was what I was going to do all my life, Growing up horseback riding, going to dog shows, and begging my mom to take me to see animals in need made me realize how much I appreciate them. I have learned so much for caring for animals from working at multiple dog care facilities. I enjoy the challenging yet fun, exciting, loving, exhilarating, moments with animals. Never a dull moment with these furry friends. They truly make me the happiest in the world. I love that I can show my love for animals with other people on the daily and treat them as if they were my own; showing how much we appreciate them!
